I hate convenience fees. How can I sign up for my favorite events with Voost?

We hate convenience fees too. However, Voost is the new guy on the block and it will take time to get events on board. This is understandable; it takes an astounding amount of time and effort to organize a race and there is precious little time to evaluate new registration systems.

Right now, the most important thing you can do to help is to get the word out. Most race directors have not yet heard about Voost. Email the organizers of your favorite events, tell them you hate "convenience" fees.

How can I ask for a refund?

Examine your receipt at your account settings. The event's refund policy should be spelled out on that page. If the event organizer has enabled refund requests, there will be a big "Request Refund" button you can click. If this button is unavailable, email the organizer directly.

In the unlikely event that an event organizer does not honor their stated refund policy, please contact Voost support.
